Job Description:
- >> As an IT Support Analyst, you will be part of a technology pool of resources that will provide hardware, software, and operating system support to end-users. You will monitor the helpdesk IT ticketing system and answer phones to ensure technical issues are managed and resolved in a timely manner. You will also participate in and contribute to desktop support related functions and be part of a team that provides support to all levels of company employees.
- >> As an IT Support Analyst you need to have hands-on technical experience, a solid foundation in support of enterprise office system, organizational, communicational and prioritization skills. You will provide on-site and/or remote support for all desktop and LAN-based applications as well as the installation and configuration of workstations. You will assist with various tasks in coordination with Desktop, Phone and Network support teams as needed.
- >> This position will report to the IT Director and will be exposed to all technology within the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- >> Responsible for maintaining, configuring, and upgrading computer systems. Performs complex computer repairs and coordinates vendor support for more critical repairs
- >> Work with other members of the IT department to troubleshoot more complex technical problems
- >> Provide coverage answering help desk calls to troubleshoot and resolve client issues as needed.
- >> Handle multiple / successive calls with varying topics
- >> Assist in technical projects from planning to setup software/hardware products and other duties as assigned. Participate in large rollouts / upgrades / migrations.
- >> Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and Microsoft operating system packages including MS Office 365 and Windows.
- >> Support and troubleshooting of Printers
- >> Anti-Virus, Malware, and End Point Encryption system and remediation
- >> Perform PC software, hardware, and operating system upgrades
- >> Assist in identifying new technology trends that can improve business efficiencies
- >> Support and troubleshoot VoIP and Video Conferencing systems
- >> Build and maintain positive relationships with Team Members and all internal departments to deliver a high level of service
Job Requirements:
- >> Advanced desktop, peripheral, hardware and software expertise
- >> Knowledgeable in using and troubleshooting iPhone, iPad, and Android Devices
- >> Experience using ticketing systems
- >> Knowledgeable in a Microsoft domain environment, Active Directory and TCP/IP
- >> Practical knowledge on services and protocols such as DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
- >> Good command of English, both written and spoken
- >> Excellent communications skills both verbal and written are required
- >> Excellent inter-personal and organizational skills
- >> Ability to work closely with other technical resources in resolving issues
- >> Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical users at all organizational levels
- >> Ability to adapt to multiple and rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
- >> Exercises good judgment and uses discretion
- >> Ability to keep processes moving forward and take initiative as appropriate
- >> Organized, efficient and able to work under pressure
- >> Eligible to work in the Netherlands
Education/Experience:
- >> Minimum of 4-6 years in a support related environment
- >> Minimum HBO/ bachelor degree
